Welcome to Piano Stools

I have tried to make this site as easy to use as possible. Here's how it works:

To order a stool you have to select the following:

• The particular stool model you would like
  • Some are adjustable
  • Some have the classic "Music Box" lift lid underseat storage
• whether you want a Solo (one seat) or Duet (either one large seat or Double Duet has two separate seats)
• The Wood you would like the stool made of (we use real woods - not veneers!)
• What Finish you would like:
  • Satin is a fairly matt finish. This is suitable to match older style pianos.
  • Bright is a shiny finish suitable to match a French Polished style piano
  • Gloss is a polyester finish which is a good match for modern pianos such as Yamaha Uprights (you know, the shiny black ones!)
• What fabric or hide you would like the seat covering made of

To select a stool go in turn (in no particlar order) to the STOOLS, WOODS and FABRICS pages. Simply choose which of each you would like and then click on it to select it. When you have chosen all your options go to the order page where you will be asked for your deliver / billing details etc. Once that is done you will be sent payment details (Paypal preferred) by email and your stool will be ordered and arrive within four to eight weeks (depending on stool model and specification).
